What we believe about giving and receiving
Both giving and receiving are central to who God is. Since we are made in His image, it is therefore central to who we are. We seek to invite partners to give AND receive as image bearers of God. Because we believe that God can provide for our work and mission as He sees fit, our decision to raise funds is not a means to survival, but an opportunity for relational partnership as God designed. Those with money and those who are in need of money both share a mission. We belong together in our work because Jesus is what draws us together, and our fruitfulness depends on our being connected to Him. There is no HAVE TO; we GET TO do this together. It's all joyful giving and receiving. We are both giving, and both receiving.
